Enrico is the young entrepreneur who set up this farm in 2017. He has 22 hectares under mowing where he produces organic hay for his own certified organic dairy goats and 1 hectare planted with vegetables, also organic.  The fields are mainly cultivated with autumn crops, such as potatoes, cabbage, red turnips, leeks, onions, etc. But they also work well with fresh summer crops, such as lettuce, chard, courgettes, cucumbers, etc. They also breed hens of an endangered breed: the Tyrolean hen, which is very hardy and suitable for organic farming as it does not suffer from the cold and is able to breed even in freezing conditions. The milk is processed in the new mini-cheese factory, which was purpose-built at the same time as the goat barn was built.  The farm also has a honey extraction laboratory, where they remove honey from the frames and pot it. The novelty is agrigelato, which is cholesterol-free and highly digestible. The flavours are fior di latte, yoghurt, elderberry, etc. The company’s keyword is ORGANIC. The farm has a sales outlet next to the cowshed, which can also be visited. In the sales outlet you will find all the products that Enrico prepares with care, such as yoghurt, cheese, cottage cheese, vegetables, etc.
