Fattoria Cadorina is the guarantee of genuine products. The philosophy of this company is the deepest respect for the surrounding nature as well as for the animals we breed. In return for this, the cashmere goats donate their precious fibre every year, while the Scottish cows donate their healthy meat. In addition to the goats and cows, Fattoria Cadorina also breeds bees that produce real forest honey from natural flowers in the surrounding meadows. To ensure the well-being of the animals, the farm focuses on quality and not quantity of products. It has therefore decided to renounce nomadism in order not to create unnecessary pressure on the bees that are already stressed by the climatic situation. As for the other animals, in summer they graze on the unspoilt meadows of Cadore and in winter they only eat the mountain hay made directly by the farm on site and by their friends in the Cadore area.
