Lagole: an area of extraordinary natural and archaeological value located between the railway station and the Centro Cadore lake. The locality’s characteristic feature is that it is made up of numerous mineral water springs that flow over the surface, creating a highly evocative landscape. The water is clinically rich in therapeutic properties.
From Piazza Tiziano in Pieve di Cadore descend along Via Arsenale and take Via Pier Fortunato Calvi, which you follow as far as the Pieve cemetery where, turning left, you follow the cycle path in the direction of Calalzo until 150 metres after the bridge, where you descend to Lagole. From Lagole, return to the starting point along the same route or, before the Pieve cemetery, go up the path that leads to Roccolo (not suitable for small children).

The hike is easy but not suitable for families with small children if on the return from Lagole you follow the route via Roccolo.
