This is the starting point for the ascent to the Rifugio Venezia (Venice Hut) and consequently the common ascent route to the Pelmo, and is a popular destination for pleasant walks and hikes in the restful green of woods and pastures. Reached also by car, from there you can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. In this malga you will be welcomed as at home and their delicacies will delight your palate.
In Vodo di Cadore, you can leave your car at the ‘Palada’ sports facilities and continue on foot, following the forest road with marker No. 477, which will take you to the Malga. The latter can also be reached by car. In summer, there is an alternating one-way street (ask for information directly at the Malga).
