The Scotter Palatini Refuge is located directly on the San Vito Ski Area and is an excellent starting point for various excursions. The cuisine offered is typical local cuisine and personally supervised by the managers; presents traditional and revisited dishes at the discretion of the chef, among which you can find: mixed platter, homemade gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts, ragù, venison, homemade tagliatelle with venison sauce, casunziei, speck dumplings with melted butter and parmesan with cappucci, cocoa tagliatelle with gorgonzola sauce, walnuts and flowers, stewed venison with polenta and sautéed mushrooms. To finish, strictly homemade desserts and a vast selection of grappas.
