“Since 1998, when I was 14 years old, I began my journey in the kitchen. Since then, I have continued to grow and share my passion with others. As a teacher at a hotel management school, I have had the privilege of passing on my knowledge to young people who will be the future of our industry. My membership in the Belluno Association of Chefs allows me to stay up to date and in touch with my dear friends and colleagues. Today, in addition to running my restaurant here in the Dolomites, I also offer consulting services and private chef services. I bring my experience and recipes from the south, the land of my roots, and the typical mountain cuisine I have acquired over the years living here. My goal is to offer my customers a unique and personalised culinary experience.
