Reachable from Domegge by convenient road, with a large car park, it is a good starting point for excursions to Cridola, Spalti di Toro and Monfalconi. The family-run business offers cuisine based on canederli (dumplings), game, mushrooms and other tasty delicacies. The ease of access makes it particularly suitable for convivial and festive dinners. A few weeks before and after the summer season, it is open at weekends (contact the establishment directly).
From Domegge, follow the signs for the Padova and Cercenà Refuges, cross the Centro Cadore lake and follow the road that climbs steeply through the forest and is almost all asphalted. At a certain point there is a fork, turn left and you will soon reach the Cercenà Refuge, in a meadowy oasis at an altitude of 1050 m. Those who enjoy peaceful walks in the forest can either walk up the 4 km road or take CAI path no. 345, which you take shortly after turning off the road.
